66wn Terms and Conditions — Rules for Philippine Players

1General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you") and 66wn ("the Platform," "we," "us"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the 66wn website, mobile app, and all associated services. By creating an account, logging in, or placing a wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms are written in English as used in the Philippines. Where any ambiguity exists, the plain meaning of the language as understood by a reasonable reader in the Philippines will apply. References to the "platform" include the 66wn website accessible at 66wn.vu, the 66wn mobile application for Android and iOS, and any other service operated under the 66wn brand.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 66wn, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registering and using the platform.
• You are not accessing the platform on behalf of another person or as an agent of any third party.
• You are not a current employee or immediate family member of an employee of 66wn.
• Your use of the platform is for personal entertainment only, not for any commercial or professional purpose.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the platform under any account.

If you do not meet these eligibility requirements at any point, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to arrange closure of your account. 66wn reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

3Account Registration and KYC Verification

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 66wn platform. Creating or attempting to create more than one account — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or any other linked identifier — is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension and possible forfeiture of balances.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

Before deposit and withdrawal functionality is enabled on your account, you must complete identity verification (KYC). This process requires you to provide a valid government-issued identification document and may include additional documents to verify your address or source of funds. KYC verification is conducted entirely online and does not require an in-person visit. 66wn reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any time.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All financial transactions on 66wn are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals. Your account balance is maintained in PHP at all times.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include Philippine online banking, local bank transfer, and supported Philippine e-wallets. These are the standard payment methods for the platform and are available to registered players who have completed KYC verification. Cryptocurrency and credit cards are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods on 66wn.

• Deposits are credited to your PHP balance after confirmation from the payment channel.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for deposits where possible.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• 66wn reserves the right to request documentation before processing any withdrawal if there is reason to verify the source of funds.
• Deposits and withdrawals made using payment details that do not match the registered account holder name will not be processed.

Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment channel selected. Specific processing times are displayed at the time of submitting a withdrawal request. 66wn is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on 66wn — including slots, RNG table games, live casino, sports betting, and eBingo — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game or via the platform's help section. These Terms apply in addition to, not instead of, the individual game rules.

Slot and RNG game outcomes are produced by certified random number generators. Each outcome is statistically independent and cannot be influenced by bet size, session duration, account status, or any other variable. In the event of a technical fault that affects a game outcome, 66wn reserves the right to void bets placed during the affected period and refund stakes to player accounts. Where a malfunction results in a crediting error, the incorrect amount will be reversed regardless of subsequent wagering activity.

6Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 66wn may offer bonuses, free credit, cashback, or other promotional benefits to registered players. The availability, value, applicable wagering requirements, and expiry conditions of any specific promotion are set out in the terms that accompany that promotion at the time it is offered.

No specific bonus amounts, percentages, cashback rates, or wagering requirements are guaranteed or implied by these general Terms. Where a promotion is available, its specific terms take precedence over this general section. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any promotion before opting in.

66wn reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder and cannot be transferred between accounts. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

7Responsible Gaming

66wn is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. The platform is designed for adult entertainment only. Gaming should be treated as a leisure activity with a defined budget, not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through their account settings:

These security measures are active by default and cannot be disabled by the player.

Any activity that occurs on your account while it is accessed using your credentials — whether by you or by any other person you have allowed to access the account — is your responsibility. 66wn is not liable for losses incurred through unauthorized use of an account where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their login information.

9Account Suspension and Closure

66wn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. Reasons that may result in suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player without valid cause.
• Operation of more than one account on the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including funds derived from bonuses or promotional activity — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request, any remaining PHP balance will be returned via the registered payment method after any applicable verification steps are completed.

10Privacy and Data

66wn collects and processes personal information as part of the registration, KYC verification, and platform operation process. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the 66wn Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on the platform, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

66wn does not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with third-party service providers — such as payment processors — is limited to what is necessary to complete the service in question and is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

11Amendments to These Terms

66wn reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified through the platform or by contact to the registered account details. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
